JeA (of Brown Eyed Girls) – While You Are Asleep (그대가 잠든 사이)

That white face
Those small lips
My dear, she’s the one that you love

In case we grow apart if I hate her
When I see her, I smile as well

I love you
It seems like those lips are speaking to me
But she is smiling again
I say to myself in my heart
“Me too, me too”
You are someone who needs to be loved
But it’s just not me

Without anyone knowing, I said farewell
During a long night by myself
Because of you, my heart blooms and withers
When you are sleeping

You are walking from over there
You say hello to me
But you’re not excited to see me
Do you know?
That short dream-like moment
The moment we stand face to face
We’re the only ones left
In a world that’s blankly erased
I dream of us in that way

Without anyone knowing, I said farewell
During a long night by myself
Because of you, my love blooms and withers
When you are sleeping

(Don’t go)
Even the common saying of goodbye
(I’m right here)
Can become a lie
(I’m not okay)
Don’t ask if everything is okay
My long-time hidden heart might spill out

Your shoulder
Your shadow
Your back image – I’m more used to those things

Not loving you is too hard for me
Not looking at you is too hard for me

Are you secretly in love?
Looking at the light out the sleepless window
While everyone is asleep, much of the love
Is silently opening its eyes at night
Is everyone not able to fall asleep?

I can’t fall asleep either
My love cannot be fulfilled
While you are asleep

I hope you meet me in your dreams
While you are asleep

  1. would you check the repeat lyrics? it’s not exactly same with the previous lyrics. there are 2 diffrenet line in the lyrics.

this is the first is correct

    아무도 몰래 이별을 했던
    혼자만의 긴 밤도 있었죠
    그댈 두고서
    나의 마음은

but the repeat is not exactly same

    아무도 몰래 이별하겠죠
    혼자만의 긴 밤이 오겠죠
    그댈 두고서
    나의 사랑은
