A point can be an idea or a characteristic. In the song’s use it is a characteristic of a person.A synonym would be a feature,like the red lipstick and red skirt are the girl’s main features/points.They are the qualities he notices first about her.I hope that helped Noe.

In this case I thought it was more like “5 points for you!” for looking good. He likes red obviously, so when she’s wearing red, he gives her a point and now she’s ahead of the rest of the girls.
